SCTP QualNet module

The SCTP (Stream Control Transmission Protocol) (RFC 2960) is now available for QualNet (previously known as non-commercial GloMoSim ) network simulator.

The SCTP module for QualNet is implemented and maintained by Ilknur Aydin with support by the WHYNET project. Comments and questions regarding the SCTP QualNet module and mailing list can be directed to aydin@cis.udel.edu.
